We are saddened by the passing of Verdean Searcy our beloved cousin and wife of the late Sam Searcy, Sr.

We are praying for Sam, Jr.; Alvin, Cynetta and Angela as well as Verdean's great-grands.

We will miss her tremendously, her love is eternally ours to cherish, praise God.

To those of us who laughed too much, you made us laugh even harder.
To those of us who thought we were so smart - your jokes let us know that you were somewhat smarter!
Your attitude about life and family helped us all to take a second look and embrace life and family a little tighter and some burdens got a little lighter. You had such a way about you that we will cherish in our hearts forever.
